amirightcounsellor:

Fin is a bouncer! he’s picking up shifts on the side to help pay for Jaden’s college. He’s trying to make up for all the mistakes he feels he’s made with his own son.

The reader is a bartender, as well as Mike. He’s been working at the club since he got out of the military.

Amanda is the club’s DJ, while Cragen is the owner.

Sonny, Peter, Nick, and Rafael are all dancers. They all have their own reasons as to why they started dancing, and Sonny’s is mainly (although he has a few other reasons, eventually👀) that he needs a quick, easy way to put himself through law school

sign me tf up, sofia!!!

I am all in for this au! @amirightcounsellor

+Ohhh how does reader a assert herself in the mc! Nick verse?

a little convo at the bar in the club house one day with our old friend…

/////

You leaned against the bar waiting for Nick and the men to come out of the back meeting room; church he had called it. The drink you had been nursing was down to the last few dregs and you upturned the glass to your mouth as you tried to decide if you wanted another one or not. Seeing the woman who had given you a hard time a couple of months sidle up to you made your decision for you. You signaled the prospect behind for the bar as you deliberately kept your body language relaxed.

“You’re just a distraction, you know,” she said casually and you turned your head to look at her with a bored expression.

“And you were a convenience. What’s your point?” you asked with a tilt of your head. Your drink was set on the bar in front of you and you picked it up and swirled it around, letting the ice cubes clink around gently.

“He’ll get tired of you. And you don’t know anything about the MC. He needs someone who isn’t going to pull him away from where he belongs,” she said nastily and you sat up a little straighter at her words, tightening your grip on your glass.

“Nick’s a big boy, he can make his decisions for himself. Who are you to tell him where he belongs?” you challenged, turning your body to face her now. She cocked her head and smiled.

“As many times as I’ve had him inside me I think I know where he belongs,” she said with a smirk. You nodded and made a conceding face.

“Funny you say that…because from where I’m sitting he decided to change his mind about that. Guess a better option finally came around,” you pretended to muse with a sip of your drink. She huffed and took a step closer to you and you raised your eyebrows.

“Watch yourself, chica. He can’t protect you forever,” she threatened. You chuckled to yourself and leaned closer to her face.

“Don’t worry, chica. I’ve got a trigger finger and years of martial arts that say I can handle myself just fine,” you bit out directly in her face. She huffed and took a step back and you stopped her with a hand on her arm. “Oh and Cassie? If you ever want to take this outside you just let me know where to meet you. See if you can do anything else with that mouth other than run it.”

Before she had a chance to reply the doors of the meeting room were opening with a thud. The guys started streaming out of the meeting and by the expression on their faces you guessed they were excited about whatever business proposition Nick brought to the table.

Beat that ass!

Massage parlor convos with both mc! Sonny and nicks old ladies please and thanks !!!

carisi-dreams:

filled nick’s a little while ago, now let’s have sonny’s 🙂

////

You passed by the back sliding glass doors on your way to the kitchen, seeing Sonny sitting on the back porch smoking a cigarette. You made a face since he was supposed to be quitting and continued on to the kitchen. Pouring a second glass of iced tea out to take to him you headed to the back, fumbling the door open and narrowly dropping both drinks before you regained your grip on them. Sonny glanced up and hopped to his feet to help you and you gave him a grateful look before following him back to his chair and sitting in his lap.

“Didn’t really need more than one chair out here,” you remarked and you felt him laugh and tighten his arm around you.

“We may have guests,” he pointed out and you made a face and kissed under his chin.

“I guess…” you agreed reluctantly through a smile and Sonny laughed again. You picked up the cigarette from where it was still smoldering in the ashtray, bringing it up to your lips for a drag before blowing the smoke out of the corner of your mouth.

“Want you to be around for a long time,” he murmured, echoing your words from several days ago.

“Guess you better quit for real, then,” you said casually and he hummed and patted your hip.

“Yes ma’am,” he agreed before taking a sip of his iced tea. “Thank you.”

“I know how thirsty brooding makes you,” you teased him and he pinched your side causing you to squeal and squirm away from him before he rubbed it to soothe the momentary sting.

“Not brooding. Thinking about the business idea I want to bring to Nick,” he admitted. You pulled back and studied the side of his face expectantly. “Can I run it by you? Hear what you think first?” he asked and you nodded.

“‘Course.”

“Well, every since you had that girl you treated I’ve been thinking…We need to get rid of AB. I’m sick of them hanging around here and they barely tolerate me. I’ve already run them out over the heroin, but I want to take away their…other…business as well. Something reputable, though, a reliable income for you, too if something ever happens to me,” he started and you made a noise at that. “I’m not planning on going anywhere, but just in case.”

You interrupted him at that, pulling him down into a kiss. He hummed into your mouth, letting you kiss him thoroughly before he went on. When you pulled back he was a little dazed and he shook his head to clear it before resuming the conversation.

“Massage parlor. I think we should open a massage parlor. Hire all of Ryan’s girls. Hire some actual massage therapists. Have a bar. We can offer extras for the massage officially, like essential oil aromatherapy or whatever, and that CBD lotion Matty won’t quit talking about. And of course…extras not officially written as well,” he finished finally. You paused for a moment to think.

“So a…brothel?” you asked with a frown. Sonny nodded and sighed.

“I…guess. I want it to actually be mostly legit, but..figured it’s the best of both worlds,” he responded and there was an undercurrent of uncertainty in his voice.

“You going to hire male masseuses or just female?” you asked with an arch of your brow. Sonny looked contemplative and took another sip of his iced tea before answering.

“Both? Both. May as well have something for the soccer moms,” he said with a shrug. You smothered your laughter into his shoulder.

“And me!” you added in a mumble. Sonny jostled you gently and rearranged you so that he could see your face.

“You going to leave me for a masseuse, darling?” he asked and there was a twinkle in his eyes even as his jaw was set. You shrugged and pretended to think about it.

“Depends on how good he is with his hands,” you finally answered with a leer and a wink. Sonny narrowed his eyes before suddenly standing, tossing you over his shoulder and dropping a smack on your upturned butt.

“Not half as good as me, doll. I guarantee. I don’t care how much schooling he’s had. I’ve been learning your body since I was a teenager. I’m practically a doctor,” he gloated as he opened the sliding door and carried you back to the bedroom.

“Well, doctor, I think I need you to take a look at something for me…”

What was going on in the background of that phone call, I know Nick is there. Can we get Sonny reaction after the call? Or any conversation he an Nick had afterward?

carisi-dreams:

the call mentioned

/////

“…anything, doll, please just give me som—” Sonny was begging in a quiet voice from the couch he was on. Nick squinted into the near darkness, taking stock of where Sonny was sitting up, phone in one hand and the other holding his head. He looked defeated and worn like a t-shirt that had been through the dryer too many times.

“What are you doing?” Nick asked in a low voice as he rubbed his eye.

“Had to hear her voice,” Sonny mumbled in his direction, tilting his mouth away from the phone as he took in an unsteady breath.

“Thought we agree you were going to wait until the morning,” Nick hissed and he reached for the phone in Sonny’s hand. Sonny ducked his hand and pushed himself off of the couch, slipping out of the back office.

Nick sighed and shook his head to himself. Fumbling around for his own phone he pressed a button to illuminate the screen, taking in the time. He groaned when he saw it was just passed midnight. This night felt like it was dragging on forever. He let his phone drop to the cushion beside him as he ran a hand over his face roughly. Nick looked up when Sonny came back into the room quietly, still speaking into the phone.

“Night, doll. See you in the morning.”

He sat down heavily back on the couch and the room was quiet for a minute, the only sound that of both men breathing.

“She called me,” Sonny said in a low voice eventually.

“Yeah? And what did you text her to get her to do that?” Nick asked in a tired voice. Sonny made a noncommittal noise and rearranged himself on the couch again so he was laying down.

“I needed to know she was okay,” he answered and Nick smiled despite himself.

“You’re a stubborn man, Sonny, anyone ever tell you that?” Nick asked and Sonny choked out a short laugh. “I told you she was fine. Didn’t believe me?”

“How would you have felt if the situation was reversed? And your girl was at our house and I told you she was okay but you hadn’t talked to her?” Sonny responded and Nick hummed a conceding sound.

“I almost lost her once…washed my hands so much they were raw trying to get the blood off of them. Even if she—if she leaves me. If she moves out and breaks up with–,” Sonny stuttered over the words, but powered on. “I have to know she’s okay. That’s all I want. I just want her to be okay,” he finished lowly and Nick reached out to clap a hand on Sonny’s ankle.

“I get it. Try to get some rest. You’re going to need all of the help you can get in the morning and showing up looking greasy and sleep deprived isn’t a stunning image,” Nick teased quietly. Sonny kicked out gently before shifting on the couch again and closing his eyes.

Thanks to @minidodds for an awesome and expressive GIF.

Looking up from the pile of papers in front of you, “ I’ve let work and every day life get in the way and I am so very sorry for that.” Standing you gently touching his face and continued, “I miss you. I miss us. I don’t want to lose you. My world would be bleak without you in it and I’m sorry if I’ve ever made you feel otherwise.”

ooh i love fluff! how about naps with mike?

sweetcannolicarisi:

You groaned some as you felt Mike’s arm wrapped around you. You two had fallen asleep after lunch and you had just woken up. Mike was still asleep as you slowly turned to look at him. He looked to peaceful sleeping. You placed a small kiss to his nose and you felt Mike pull you closer. You giggled softly and placed a kiss to his lips.

“Hmmm.” Mike groaned out. You giggled and gently ran your hand through his hair. Slowly, his eyes opened and a small smile moved over his lips.

“We should get up, Mikey. Come on.” You said as you tried to pull away a from him. Mike’s grip on you tightened.

“No. Let’s just lay here for a bit longer.” Mike mumbled into your hair. You giggled some and closed your eyes.

“If I fall asleep again, I’m blaming you.” You mumbled softly. Mike chuckled and placed a kiss to your hair.

I ❤ Mike.

I know its all about Sonny’s mess atm but I’m curious about the club dynamics now the parlor is up and running. Even though the two clubs are working together are there still moments of friction?

carisi-dreams:

let’s talk about something other than sonny’s mess for a little bit! this is such a GREAT question thank you for asking it!

there are definitely still moments of friction. even though sonny & nick were friends growing up they haven’t spent this much time together since then. (they’re in their late twenties/early thirties so high school was about 10 years ago for them) in some respects they know each other really well and in others they have grown in ways the other doesn’t know about. they’re good at pushing each other’s buttons because they know what the other person is insecure about. so yes, there is tension from time to time. they’re business partners in this venture, but each of them is used to running things their own way…

also, the devil’s bastards (another MC) also get brought into the venture because fin has a lot of city officials in his pocket. so he brings in big upscale clients and also is another person who can help with zoning and other city bs. because the sheriff’s department is doing all they can to shut the operation down. that, of course, brings its own tension because now you have another person who is used to be in charge who has to compromise. plus, fin is arguably the most valuable asset to the club at this time because of his clientele. everyone gets along fine, but there are definitely flare ups. [another reminder that the drama with sonny & his old lady happens after the lockdown and a couple of months after fin & the bastards officially become partners in the parlor]

and then outside of the parlor the boys still have their usual business running games and dealing with their usual clients, missed shipments, trouble at the docks, etc.
