Wanting to do some Stamaro (Peter Stone x Nick Amaro) asks but will do any of my SVU guys!

Peter having a crush on a male colleague?

//Is there a Stamaro AU? If there is tag yourself so I can give you credit. I searched but couldn’t find anything. Thank you to whoever requested it and sorry it took so long to fill. Waiting for inspiration.//

Peter entered the 16th precinct hesitant and cautiously.  He knew he didn’t make any friends when he had to prosecute their last ADA who everyone loved, of course.

“Peter. Come in,” Liv said just this side of bitter.

Peter sighed heavily and followed Liv. “I hope you have more evidence this,” Peter said in an accusatory manner. “I can’t convict on this information.”

Liv glared at Peter. “We’re doing the best we can. My detectives-”

Peter interjected. “Your detectives need to do better than their best then don’t they? Call me when you have something.”

Nick knocked then walked into the office. “Liv? We have the victim coming in from the nightclub rape.”

“NIck. This is ADA Peter Stone. Peter, this is Detective Nick Amaro,” Liv gestured between the two men.

“Nice to meet you,” Nick said and offered his hand to shake. “Heard a lot about you.”

Peter shook his hand. “All good I’m sure,” Peter said with a smirk. He couldn’t stop staring at Nick’s warm, brown eyes.

“Of course,” Nick replied wryly. Peter’s hand was warm and strong.

Liv stood looking between the two men. “Well if the male bonding is over I’d like to talk about the case.

Later that evening Peter stopped for a drink at Forlini’s. He was on his second glass of scotch when someone sat down beside him. When he turned he was surprised to see Nick.

“Hope you don’t mind I join you. Tough day. Got this new boss breathing down my neck,” Nick quipped. “Beer, please. Whatever you have on draft,” he said to the bartender.

Peter chuckled. “Yeah, I heard that he can be demanding.”

Nick phone dinged. He looked at the screen but ignored the text. Maria texting him again. When would she understand that they were over. They had no kids, nothing connecting them. He shook his head.

Peter couldn’t remember the last time he enjoyed conversing with someone. Nick wasn’t just handsome. He was smart, funny and passionate about his job.

One drink turned into four. He found it easy to talk to Peter. And he wasn’t hard on the eyes. Nick stood. “I better get home. Gotta meet with the new boss tomorrow.”

“Good luck. Don’t let him get to you. He’s basically a good guy.”

“ Yeah, I know. Good night, Peter.” Nick clasped his shoulder.

“Good night, Nick.” He watched as Nick walked through the bar. Peter smiled.

Nick turned back to wave at Peter to find him watching him. He walked out of the bar grinning like a fool.

Second Chances

//Second part of my take of Heartfelt Passages’, Better to have loved, in the alternate Doddsverse. Continues from HERE//

When you turned around you were surprised to see Peter Stone standing in front of you. “What brings you to NYC?” Peter was a casual acquaintance of yours and Mike’s when you lived in Chicago.

“Actually, my father passed away. I’m in town to settle his estate,” he explained.

“I’m so sorry Peter,” you said softly.

Cora pulled on your hand. “Mama. Who that?”

Peter knelt down to her level. “My name is Peter. I’m a friend of your Mommy’s. What’s your name?”

She gave him a shy smile. “Cora Danae Dodds.”

“It’s very nice to meet you, Cora.”

Peter smiled at her then stood. “Can I buy you a coffee?” Peter offered. “I have an hour before a meeting. I’d like to catch up.”

“That would be nice. Thank you,” you accepted.

“How are William and Anne?” Peter inquired after you found seats.

“They’re doing really well. Anne is an angel. I don’t know what I would have done without them after Mike…” You cleared your throat. “Umm…how long will you be in town?”

Peter gazed at you then Cora, who was enjoying her smoothie. “Couple weeks maybe to get things settled, then I’m going back to Chicago.”

Your phone buzzed. It was a text from Amanda. You locked your screen, deciding to answer it later. “Sorry about that. With kids, you never know.”

“Oh yes, Your son. How old is he?”

Unlocking your phone you showed him pictures of the kids. “His name is Isaac. He’s four.”

“He looks so much like Mike,” Peter commented. He looked at his watch. “Sorry I have to go. It was so nice seeing you. And it was very good meeting you, Miss Cora.”

“Bye Petey,” she said and went back to playing with her doll.

Peter chuckled. “Dinner before I go back to Chicago?”

“Sure text me when you’re free.” The two of you exchanged numbers before he left.

“Bye ladies.” He smiled then waved. You watched as Peter made his way out the door. ‘Had he always been that handsome?’ You thought to yourself.

Before going home, you stopped by the precinct to make a quick visit and see if anyone was available for drinks on Friday. The precinct was buzzing with activity which was nothing new. But there was a different energy to it. A somber energy, like the first time you went there after Mike died.

Sonny was the first person you saw. His face lit up. “Hey, dolls!” He hugged you and Cora jumped into his arms. “Uncle Sonny!” Cora exclaimed and wrapped her arms around his neck.

“What’s going on? There’s a weird energy,” you stated and looked around.

Sonny’s brow furrowed. “I thought Amanda talked to you.”

“She texted me but I was having coffee with a friend so I didn’t read it. Is everything okay?” You already knew the answer to that question.

“C’mere.” Sonny put a hand to your lower back, ushering you into the breakroom. He closed the doors behind him.

“This can’t be good,” you said simply. Sonny sat Cora at one of the tables and gave her the tablet and pen that was in his jacket.

“Here, sit,” he gestured to one of the other chairs, taking the one beside you. “Remember that baby that was kidnapped by his father because Mom wanted to end life support?”

You nodded in the affirmative. It had been all over the news. “Was there a development in the case?”

Sonny looked down at his folded hands. “Barba turned off the ventilator. He pulled the plug on that kid.”

“He what?” you said shocked. “What was he thinking? I mean I get it but…”

“Yeah. That’s kinda where all of us are.” Sonny rubbed his forehead.

The two of you sat in silence for several minutes. Both of you processing the information. Cora saw Olivia and her face brightened. “Is Noah here?” She asked excitedly.

“No sweetie. He’s in school. I’m sorry. Maybe this weekend you and Isaac can come over,” she said when she came through the door. Cora nodded enthusiastically. The two of you hugged. “I guess you know what’s going on with Barba.”

“Yeah. Sonny just told me. Have been able to talk to him?”

“No. He’s being arraigned late this morning. I did run into Jack McCoy. He introduced me to special counsel in Rafael’s trial.” She rounded the table and poured herself a cup of coffee.

“Yeah? Who is it?” Sonny inquired.

“Ben Stone’s son, Peter,” she answered with disdain in her voice.

“I ran into him this morning. We had coffee,” you said. Both turned to you in surprise and confusion. “He was an acquaintance of Mike’s when we lived in Chicago.”

“Well, he’s a good prosecutor. Barba’s in for a fight.”

Your cell buzzed in your bag. ‘Thank you for coffee. Nice to have a familiar face in all the chaos. I’ll be in town a little longer than I thought. Let me know what works for dinner.’

“How about never,” you thought to yourself as you slid the phone back into your bag.

Undercover Alt. Ending #2

Dominick Carisi was the last person you needed to be seeing right now. The NYPD rarely sends in another UC unless they think someone is in danger or they think the UC has broken rank. And you were pretty sure it was the later in this instance. Part of you was angry but part of you understood. For over a year you were loyal about checking in, but recently you hadn’t made the effort to do so. It had been weighing on your mind for some time. The intel you had been feeding to your contact the last few months was false. Even though you had thought about getting out, you were too deep now. Your biggest fear was coming clean to Luis before he found out the truth.

The next day when you woke and was out the door as the sun was rising. Early morning was your favorite time to run. There was something about the still, new beginnings, refreshed from the night before. You took the cool Autumn air into your lungs. When you ran all other thoughts were out if your head.

An arm wrapped around your waist, then a hand went to your mouth to muffle your scream. You instantly started kicking trying to break loose.

“Stop. It’s me,” Sonny said. He put you back on your feet.

“Jesus Sonny. What the hell is wrong you!” You pushed at his chest and ripped your earbuds from your ears. “If someone sees us…” Although it was highly unlikely given your location and time of day.

“I know. I’m going to make this fast. I’m getting pressure from Liv. She wants you out. Said they have enough intel to put Luis and some of his associates away.”

You bit your lip. “I just need a little bit more time. Make them understand,” you pleaded with Sonny.

He took your hand. “I’m worried about ya, doll. You seem way too involved and it just-”

“I’m out Sonny.”

“Out? What do you mean? Not-no.” The two of your stood in silence for a few moments. “What the hell are you thinking Y/L/N?” Sonny threw his hands in the air.

“I love him, Sonny,” you said simply.“I gotta go.” You pulled your hand from Sonny’s. As you resumed your jog, you were uncertain what you would do…

Sonny watched as Y/N disappeared down the street. He would do anything to keep you safe. He loved you. And not just as a friend, or partner. That was the first time he admitted it to himself. Whatever choice you made, he would have your back. Even if it meant going down with you.

Luis entered the bedroom, loosened his tie and threw it over the chair. “You’re still up. I figured you would be asleep by now.” He dropped a kiss to your lips. Luis finished readying himself for bed while he talked about his day. “Y/N? Did you hear me?”

“I’m sorry. Pre-occupied,” you gave an explanation, shrugging your shoulders. “Um, no. There were no problems with today’s delivery.”

“What’s on your mind?” He sat on the side of the bed. Attentive as always. He tilted your chin. “You can tell me anything.”

Tears welled up in your eyes. Coming clean to Luis in the middle of the night is not what you had planned to do. Since you had the conversation with Sonny last week, it was all you could think about. Doing it now was dangerous but not telling him was just as bad. “What I have to tell you, you’re not going to like it. You’re going to hate me. Hell, you may even-”

“Carino. There’s nothing you could say that would make me hate you,” he interjected.

“I highly doubt that,” you scoffed.

A knock at the bedroom door interrupted your confession. No one ever came to the bedroom door, unless it was serious. “What is it?’ Luis said in an exasperated tone.

“Sir,” Fernando’s muffled voice came through the door. “It’s Carmen.”

Luis and you both rushed from the bed and wrenched open the door. The look on Fernando’s face told you it wasn’t good.

Carmen lay motionless. Her chest rose and fell with the assist of the ventilator. She looked so small in the big bed. You held her hand, gently stroking the back with your thumb as you read from her favorite book of poetry.

Luis went home to shower and take care of a few things. Both of you had been at the hospital for the last three days, pretty much around the clock. It was late. Only you in the room and Cesar was down the hall in the waiting area.

You sat the book down, taking her hand in both of yours. Taking a deep breath you made a late night confession.

The day of Carmen’s funeral was bitter cold with snow on the ground. After the service, Luis had people over to the house. You were making the rounds greeting people, making sure the food was right. Luis had been MIA since you had got home. No one had seen him, including Fernando. You had a pretty good idea where you would find him.

Sonny caught up with you in the hall. “How ya doin’? How’s Luis?”

“Like you care,” you snarked. Sonny’s face fell. “Shit. I’m sorry Sonny. That- I’m doing okay. Carmen was such a good person. Luis is well, it’s a minute to minute.”

“I better go.” He kissed the top of your head.

You watched him retreat down the hall. “Sonny. Thank you.”

He gave you a smile. “Anytime doll.” You returned the smile then was back to your original mission.

“Everyone is asking after you,” you said softly when you entered the library. Luis was sitting in one of the leather chairs, fanning through a book. You sat on the arm of the chair and ran a hand up and down his back.

He nodded his head. “She loved this room. I think she was in here more than her own part of the house.” Luis hung his head, sobbing so hard his body was shaking.

You wrapped your arms around him and kissed his head. He leaned into your body. Tears of your own started rolling from the corners of your eye. Carmen was an extraordinary woman. She accepted you the first time you met her. “Want me to get rid of everyone?” you offered. “We can have this place cleared out in five minutes.” You sniffled and wiped your eyes.

He shook his head. “It’s okay. Just stay by me?”

Later that evening Luis came into the family room. You were curled up in the corner of the couch watching the fire.  “Mama said if something happened to her, you were to have this.” He sat a small box in front of your on the coffee table. You gave him a questioning look. “Go ahead. Open it.”

The small box was covered in black velvet and had some age to it. When you opened the box you gasped. “Luis, I can’t…these are the earrings that belonged to your grandmother.”

“She loved you, Y/N. Made me promise to take care of you.” He took your hand. “The other night, when you were sitting with my mom, I was standing just outside the door. I heard what you told her.” His grasp on your hand tightened.

You paled. Your eyes grew big and you swallowed the lump in your throat. Your mouth was moving but no sounds came out. Your mind was racing, your mouth grew dry, you thought you were going to be physically ill.

Luis rose from the couch, letting your hand fall into your lap. He started pacing the room, one hand running through his hair. You sat in silence, watching him, wondering what he was thinking, what he was going to do. Finally, he spoke. “I have most of the answers I need, all but one. Tell me one thing. When did you stop acting?”

You cleared your throat. “About three months in,” your voice was shaky, “I realized I loved you. That has never been an act, Luis. Every ‘I love you’. Every time we made love. It was genuine. And I do love you, Luis.”

He looked over to where you were now standing, unsure whether to believe you. The conflict on his face was evident. He watched as you slowly walked to him. “So you’re just going to give up your life, to be with me?” He sounded surprised. Not many people, other than his mom, had ever sacrificed anything unless it was on their best interest.

“Yes,” you replied in a small voice. “I’m all in if you’ll have me. If you trust-”

Luis’ crashed his lips into yours backing you up against the wall. He pressed his long, hard body flush with yours.  His hand held yours above your head, while the other cupped your breast under your shirt. “You. Are. Mine,” he said between kisses to your neck and lips.

“Yes. Yours,” you responded breathlessly.

He grasped your thighs and hoisted you up, wrapping your legs around his waist. “Never leave me.”

“Never,” you gasped.

“Are you sure?” Liv asked not believing what she was hearing. She pushed herself up from her desk. “I- I’m speechless.”

“Love will make you do strange things. Make you risk everything you have, your life, friends, job…” Sonny looked down at his folded hands.

“Sonny?”

He looked at Liv and gave her a sad smile. He thought back to the conversation before you and Luis left out of the country…

“I could arrest you right now. Take you in-”

“But you won’t.”

Sonny stared at you. “What about me? What happens to me? I can’t-”

“Come with me, us,” you encouraged.  “You are important in my life too.”

For a second, you thought Sonny might take you up on the offer. “I can’t do that, doll. My parents, sisters are here. Plus I took an oath.”

“I understand.” You stretched up to give him a tight hug. “You always have a safe place to land with me. I love you Sonny Carisi.” You kissed him on the lips.

He inhaled your scent. “I love you too.”

Could I request Peter helping his gf study for a law school exam? I’m suffering since it’s three weeks before finals and I could use a Peter Stone to help me understand the rules of evidence admissibility lol

“Damn it!”, you yelled and threw the book across the table. “This is impossible.” You threw our glasses on the table and rubbed your eyes.

“Darling, what’s wrong?” Peter asked from the kitchen as he made you a snack.

“Rules of Evidence Admissibility is the bane of my existence,” you mumbled close to tears. “Finals are in three weeks and I just can’t wrap my mind around it.”

Peter licked peanut butter from his finger and slid the PB&J sandwich over to you. “Take a break. Eat. Then I’ll show you how I remembered it. We’ll make it a game.” Peter took a bite of his sandwich, a little grape jelly left behind on his lip.

You couldn’t stop staring. All you could think about was licking the jelly off his lip.

“Earth to Y/N.” Peter smirked when he got your attention.

“Yeah. That sounds good,” you responded.

“Okay. This is the flow chart I used,” Peter placed it in front of you. There were bubbles with writing, with intersecting lines from one bubble to another. And it was color coded.

“This is…impressive. You make this yourself?”

“Sure did,” he said proudly and grinned. “Let’s get started with something easy. What are the four types of evidence?”

“Real. Demonstrative. Documentary. Testimonial,” you ticked them off on your fingers as you listed.

“Good. Next one is going to be a little tougher…”

An hour and a half later you had a little better understanding but you were still struggling. “I’m going to fail. I’m never going to graduate. I’ll be in debt for thousands of dollars. And I’ll be living on the street.” You rested your head on your arms.

“Maybe you should have been a drama major. That was a pretty good performance,” he said in a teasing tone.

You narrowed your eyes. “Very funny. Maybe I just need a break.”

Peter ran his hand up your thigh. He leaned over nuzzling your neck. “Perhaps a little…distraction.”

ooh could you do angry kisses with nick?

//I have had this in my asks for sooo long!//

“You couldn’t be any more aggravating if you tried”, Nick proclaimed as he followed you through the house. He pulled his tie from around his neck and slung it onto the dresser.

“Me? Aggravating? Well, isn’t that rich coming from you!” Storming into the bedroom, you kicked off your heels, then struggled to unzip your dress. “I just don’t get it, Nick. Why can’t you-”, the look in his eyes made you stop.

With one hand he gently grasped your face, “Don’t you ever shut up?” Nick roughly pressed his lips to yours. He finished unzipping your dress and pushed it off your shoulders.

When Nick pulled away you bit his bottom lip eliciting a growl. Once it was unbuttoned enough you pulled it over his head along with his undershirt. You started kissing his chest, moving you to the dip between his shoulder and neck. Nipping up to his lips.

Nick roughly kissed you. Tongue darting into your mouth, teeth hitting from his overzealousness. You could already feel your lips clapping and swelling. But damn you loved when he got a little rough. A little angry kissing is what you needed.

He picked you up and threw you on the bed. Kissing and nipping his way up your body. When his face met yours you pulled him in for a scorching kiss.

By the end of the night both of you were covered in bite marks, lips were swollen, Nick had scratch marks down his and you were sure you’d have bruises on your hips were he grasped you.

"What were we fighting about?” Nick murmured. His head was resting in your shoulder, his arm over your waist.

You lazily ran fingers through his hair. “I think who was more aggravating. And you definitely are.”

“Dont start unless you want another fight,” he teased.

“Consider me starting.” You rolled to straddle him, kissing up his chest.

We have seen Mike (Fine Go) and Nick (Stripper Incident) experience a rough patch with the Reader. What about Peter and Sonny? Have or will there be a big fight that tests their marriage as well? I love how you write angst.

// thank you for the compliment. I enjoy breaking my own heart sometimes. LOL//

Sonny and the reader had some strife in “I don’t want to lose you.” I’m not above putting them through more though.

Peter and reader definitely have some drama coming up. I have some ideas swimming around my head but nothing concrete yet.

★Engagement + Peter Stone, Sonny Carisi, Nick Amaro?

SONNY CARISI

“Hey, Ma. Think we can have dessert now?” Sonny asked as his eyes darted to you then around the table.

“How in the world do you have room after that big dinner?” Teresa said. The Carisi Christmas dinner had been impressive. And you still had to go to your parents later that day.

“I’ll help you bring dessert out,” you offered.

“Oh thank you. Such a sweet girl, this one. You better do keep her,” his Mom said then winked at Sonny.

When you came back out of the kitchen, Sonny was on one knee, holding a ring box. You would have dropped the pie if Sonny’s Dad hadn’t taken it from your hand.

“Y/F/N Y/L/N, these last few months have been the best of my life. I know we haven’t been together long but I know there is no one out there that can make me as happy as you have. I love you with everything I have. Will you please do me the honor of being my wife?” Sonny eyes were glassy and full of hope.

Sniffles and soft murmuring could be heard behind you from Sonny’s mom and sisters. Your chin started to tremble and you could feel tears falling down your cheeks. All you could do at first was nod your head. Finally you were able to eek out a ‘yes’.

Sonny stood and placed the ring on your shaking hand, his own hand was unsteady. He leaned down and gave you a kiss that curled your toes. The whole room erupted. Sonny picked you up and swung you around. “Best day ever,” he said softly against your neck.

PETER STONE

"Are you excited?” you asked Peter as you entered the stadium. He was asked to throw the opening pitch for a Cubs game. He had been practicing for a couple weeks, being careful not to aggravate his old injury.

“Nervous is more like it,” he said with a chuckle.

Peter’s pitch was perfect as it sailed over home plate. He waved to the cheering crowd. Peter jogged off the field to where you were waiting. He had a big smile on his face. “That felt so good. I didn’t realize how much I missed it.” He swooped you up in a big hug. “C’mon. Let’s go to our seats.”

During the seventh inning stretch Peter seemed more nervous. His leg was bouncing, he adjusted his watch giving you a tight smile.

“Ladies and gentlemen. Please bring your attention to jumbotron,” the announcer boomed over the speaker.

You tuned to look at the screen and saw yourself. Then you saw him, Peter was on one knee. “I had a big speech made up but it didn’t convey how much I love you and how much I want you to be my wife. I want to spend my life making you as happy as you have made me. Marry me, please.”

You covered your mouth in surprise. Peter took your hand and slipped the diamond solitare on your finger. “Of course I’ll marry you Peter.” Peter stood and pulled you into him for a kiss. The crowd went wild. ‘She said YES!!!” flashed on the jumbotron.

You took his hand pulling him to the exit. “You don’t want to stay for the rest of the game?”

“No I want to be with my fiance,” you said with a wink.

Peter flashed you a wide grin. “Lead the way.”

NICK AMARO

NIck had made multiple attempts to ask you to marry him, unbeknown to you. Seemed like something always happened, he was called in on a case, you had to work a double shift, you had a bad stomach bug one weekend you were supposed to go away. Nick wanted it to be romantic but it just wasn’t working out. Nick came in the door greeted by the smell of fresh baked peanut butter cookies, his favorite.

“Hey babe,” you said in greeting popping a cookie in your mouth. “How was your day?” you asked as you turned to pull another sheet of cookies out of the oven and sat them on the counter..

“It was good actually. Hoping it will get even better in the next couple of minutes,” he said with a shaky voice.

“Yeah? And why is th-,” your eyes grew big and your mouth dropped open in surprise. He was down on one knee. He took your hand. “My love for you has no end. You’re in my heart, you’re in my soul. I was wondering if you would spend the rest of your life with me?”

“Nick, oh my God! Yes! Yes!” you responded enthusiastically.

He patted his coat pocket. “Shit. Hold on. Sorry about the language,” he kissed you quickly then ran from the room. When he came back in he slid across the floor making you giggle. He opened the ring box.

“It’s beautiful, Nick,” you said in a whisper as he slid the ring on your finger.

“I know it wasn’t the most romantic proposal,” he said shyly with a shrug of his shoulders.

“It was absolutely perfect.” You stretched up and kissed him softly.
