Just a cute little Dad!Sonny fluff I wanted to share.

“Mama! Daddy!” A young girl screamed throughout the apartment. Sonny and Sophia both began to roll out of bed but Sonny had stopped his wife.

“I got this, doll. You just get to bed. You need the energy because of this little guy.” Sonny said as he kissed his wife’s stomach and felt their son kick. Sonny chuckled before throwing on some sweatpants and a shirt before heading to his daughters room.

“Alright, Amelia. What’s the problem baby?” Sonny said and he turned the light on to his daughters room. The young five year old look at her father and frowned.

“I-I had a bad dream. You and mommy… you and mommy had Dante a-and left me all alone.” Mia said as tears quickly slid down her cheeks. Sonny sighed as he moved to sit and pull his daughter into his laugh.

“Mommy and I would never do that to you, Mia. We love you and your baby brother both so much. We could never leave you all alone.” Sonny told the five year old. She sniffled and snuggled into her father’s embrace.

“Promise?” The little girl said. Sonny laughed softly and he placed a kiss on the top of her head.

“I promise, cross my heart. How about you and I go to mine and mommy’s room? Cuddle mommy and Dante?” Sonny said the girl. She smiled and quickly nodded.

“Can Charlie come, too?” Amelia asked. Sonny nodded as his daughter grabbed the pastel purple monkey stuffed animal before her father held her close and carried her towards his and his wife’s room.

Sophia was sitting on the bed, gently rubbing her large stomach. She smiled at Sonny and Mia as the small girl was placed in the bed and quickly crawled to lay between her parents. Sophia kissed her daughters cheek and told her how much she loved her. Amelia smiled at her mother before she placed a quick kiss to her mother’s stomach. Sonny smiled brightly at the two as he turned the light off, wished both of his girls a goodnight before falling back asleep.

Write about a character who’s always been the second, third, etc choice. Have them meet someone who they truly believe cares more about them than anyone, have them get their hopes up, then watch this person lose interest in your character in favor of someone else at the worst possible time.

Nick Amaro x Reader

Request: Nick amaro request please!! You’ve recently moved in next door and don’t know much about him until one day you desperately need help and have nobody else to go to.

Warnings: Swearing

The box said ‘easy installation’. Youtube said it was a quick 5 minute job. Google said you were doing all the steps right and it should be working. So why wasn’t it? Turns out replacing a shower head (who knows what was growing in the one the apartment came with) was /much/ more difficult than you thought it was going to be.

Really, you didn’t understand! For some reason the hose part just wasn’t connecting to the wall part without major leakage, you were getting fed up.

“Son of a –” frustrated, unable to get the goddamn thing unscrewed you finally gave up and tugged. Surprisingly the cheap-plastic-easy-set-up-lying-piece-of-garbage-shower-head wasn’t the thing to go.

Oh no. You weren’t that lucky, it was the actual wall part. It happened so fast you didn’t even have time to register the piece breaking from the wall and you falling backwards from your perch of either foot on each side of the tub (so you could reach the shower head of course), but there you were; sitting at the bottom of the tub with the shower head in your hand and water pouring down on you.

“Mother fucker!” You cursed elbowing the wall hard as you scurried to stand up. You cursed again before taking a moment to find you balance. You didn’t smack your head thank god but your tailbone was most certainly going to feel it in the morning. Water was still pelting you and you realized quickly that it was spraying out all over the bathroom.

“Shit, shit, shit” you chanted as you jumped from the tub and shut the curtain. Broken appliances weren’t your forte, and the only reason you’d attempted to even change that thing yourself is because now that you were on your own you didn’t have your old roommate at your beck and call for handy jobs. You grabbed your phone from the counter and opened google not pausing to feel foolish.

You could use a handyman about now.

knock knock

Your head jerked up from your phone and you cursed again before quickly making your way towards the door, dripping water as you went. You reach your door and flipped the peep hole up glancing out.

You were genuinely surprised to see the concerned face of your neighbor. You didn’t know too much about him, only that he was a detective or something and he spoke spanish; and you only knew the later part because you overheard him on his cellphone the other morning when you were both leaving. He smiled at you as he continued to speak to the other line. He /did/ have a nice smile.

While you stood dumbfounded like a soaking wet idiot his concern grew before he knocked again- harder this time.

“Ms. Y/L/N, are you alright? I heard you yell.” Oh, shit. You took a quick step back and wretched the door open, surprising him slightly as he froze with his hand up to knock again.

Nick dropped his hand and looked at you standing there with wet hair, old faded college t-shirt soaked through and dripping drops onto hardwood floor. Your brows were knit together in obvious frustration and disary and yet Nick still found you extremely charming.

“Are you alright?” He asked and you felt your cheeks flush.

“I’m – fine.” Nick looked at your wet shirt and smirked slightly.

“I didn’t think it rained today.” You laughed, barely, but you laughed feeling some of the stress leave.

“I, uh, pulled my shower head. From the wall.” You admitted albeit sheepishly, but you knew you wouldn’t be fixing this yourself anytime soon. It was Nick’s turn to laugh.

“Have you turned it off?” He asked and you huffed a slightly frustrated sigh, trying not to give him the satisfaction of cracking a smile. So her incredibly handsome neighbor was funny, too? Maybe you did need a handyman.

“No I didn’t turn it off.” One hand going to your hip and you looked back into those pretty brown eyes. He’s still smirking.

“D’ya know where the cut-off valve is?” He asked and you mentally cursed yourself for not thinking about that sooner. Of course there had to be a cut-off valve… somewhere.”

“Well. No.” Finally the smirk broke into a smile.

“I could show you, same place in every apartment.” You stepped back immediately glancing towards your bathroom door and nodding.

“Please, before I need a boat to get to my toilet.” Nick walked past you and into the apartment. You were still unpacking a bit so some boxes remained but for the most part it was cozy, and you were settling in fine. Papers and books and a few mugs sat out on the flat surfaces of your living room making it lived it.

Nick walked down the hallway and stopped at your hall closet opening the door. He moved the towels from the shelf and placed them on the floor, revealing a grey metal door. You stood behind him, peeking over his shoulder slightly and watching, for future possible incidents. Nick opened the door and flipped the valve labeled water and your jaw sagged.

“Are you serious?” Nick laughed, “It was that easy?” Nick smirked, closing the metal door and replacing your towels for you.

“Actually, you should have turned it off before you even started messing with the shower.” He informed you and you frowned making a small ‘ah’ sound. “How broken is it?” Nick asked nodding towards your bathroom as if it ask permission.

You waved your hand towards the bathroom,

“I have really no clue, and so far you’ve been a lot more help then google.” Nick lead you into the bathroom and picked the shower head up from where you’d discarded it when he knocked, laughing.

“Unfortunately for you, this is gonna take more than just a valve.” You groaned.

“Guess I’ll put in a maintenance request. Thank you, really.” You put your hand out for the head, smiling, “I would have spent at least another 15 minutes trying to google solutions before I found that box.” You laughed. Nick didn’t hand you the shower head.

“Maintenance takes forever in this building, you can’t go without a shower.” What was he offering. “I can text you a few parts, and if you pick them up I’d be happy to fix it for you.”

“Oh, Nick, you don’t have to do that.” Though I wouldn’t mind watching you do it. He shook his head.

“Really it’s no trouble, not all that difficult. And I like doing things with my hands.” You blushed and he flushed slightly before giving you a much shyer grin then the ones before, making you smile back.

“You wanna text it to me?” You asked and the shy grin turned confident once more.

“Only if you wanted to give me your number.” He offered and you smirked.

“Give me your phone.”

Meeting Incubus Nick (Vampire!Sonny AU)

It’s been a week and Sonny hasn’t been around. You were beginning to think he wasn’t going to randomly pop on again. A sigh escaped your lips as you decided to go out to drink, since it wouldn’t be as lonely as drinking alone in your apartment. You changed out of your pajamas and into some skinny jeans and a nice top before putting your shoes on and heading to the bar that was down the street from your apartment.

You had ordered two shots, quickly downed them before ordering a beer. You stared at the bottle for awhile before taking a sip and letting a sigh escape your lips. You truly missed him even if he was a completely asshole. Maybe you fell for him, maybe it as just all the sex talking and finally realizing that he didn’t care. You just continued to drink the liquor in the bottle and stare at it until you felt someone sit in the chair beside you.

“I’ll have whatever she has. And put her drinks with mine.” He told the bartender. Your turned to stare at the darker hair man. There was something about him, something you liked. Maybe it was just because he was so charming. You blushed some before turning back to your drink.

“What’s a pretty gal like you doing here alone? I’m hoping you’re alone.” He said before taking a swig of the beer. You laughed some and sat back against the chair.

“I’m here alone alright. Drinking at home just isn’t fun anymore. I needed to get out, y’know?” You said as you turned to give the male more of your attention. He chuckled some and quickly nodded his head.

“I understand completely. When you don’t have anyone to drink with, it really sucks. Maybe I’ll have a new drinking partner though?” The male raised his brow as he took a sip of his beer. You chuckled and quickly nodded.

“I’d like that…” You realized that you didn’t get his name since he sat down. He chuckled as he quickly finished his beer and put the empty bottle down on the bar counter before looking you over.

“Nick. Nick Amaro.” Nick said to you. You smiled and watched as he extended his hand out to you. You grabbed his hand and quickly smiled.

“(Y/N). How about we leave? Take this back to my place?” You offered. You couldn’t believe that you had offered. A complete stranger that you just met? Taking him back to your apartment? You didn’t know what you were thinking. Nick nodded as he placed money on the bar and got off his chair. You had followed his lead before the two of you headed down the road towards your apartment.

Prompt list #2 “There’s nothing wrong with you.” Where the reader finds out that sonny is a vampire and he’s scared that they are gonna get scared and leave him.

sweetcannolicarisi:

It’s been about two or three days since you’ve seen the tall blond. After running into him twice in alleys, you have seemed to make an effort to see him. You found the photography studio he worked at and would visit him daily. Sonny was a weird one to figure out. Wasn’t much of going out in the day unless he had to for work, he was much more of a night owl. So, you two were just walking around Central Park one night right after sunset when Sonny just stopped walking.

“You alright, Dominick?” You asked as you turned to look at him. He began to think over a few things before nodding.

“Yeah, I’m fine. I’ve just been thinking, y’know?” He responded to you. You nodded as you shoved your hands in the pockets of your jacket and took a few steps towards him.

“Whatcha thinking about?” You asked him. Sonny sighed as he looked up to the sky and saw the few clouds that were around you two.

“You remember how we met? Both times? I was in an alley with someone?” Sonny had spoke. You nodded as you looked up at his blue eyes.

“Yeah? What about it?” You raise a brow slowly at him as he shoved his hands in his hoodie pockets before he slowly looked at you.

“I was, uh, feeding…” Sonny said. You looked at him confused and waited for him to finish his sentence.

“That’s how I live. I’m a, uh, I’m a vampire.” Sonny said as he watched you. You tried to process what he just told you before you spoke.

“Wait, you’re one of those immortal creature… that feeds of blood?” You had asked to double check. Sonny nodded as he waited for you to laugh and walk away from him but you didn’t.

“Why did you tell me?” You asked him. Sonny sighed as he began to take a few steps down the path and you quickly followed.

“I don’t know. I guess I felt wrong if I didn’t tell you? I mean, we met twice is weird situations until you found out where I worked and visited me.” Sonny shrugged as he looked at you.

“There is nothing wrong with you, Dominick. It’s who you are! I bet you have some interesting stories to tell.” You said as you watched him. He chuckled softly and glanced down at you.

“I got some war stories? You wanna hear them?” Sonny pretty excitedly. You nodded as the two of you continued to walk down the path and listen to him.

Hello! Can I request 16) “No. Don’t you dare shut me out!” Nick x reader ??

carisi-dreams:

continuing from the nick fill that I just did!

Nick’s had a horrified expression on his face and you rushed to answer him.

“No! You didn’t. I promise. It was just the mattress, I was already sitting up and awake,” you reassured him, coming to sit up completely in bed. He horror on his face morphed to disgust as he paced beside the bed.

“Are you sure? Are you just saying that to try to protect me?” he asked intensely and you shook your head and shifted to sit on the edge of the bed.

“Look at me. Hey, come here. Look at me. I’m telling you the truth. You didn’t hit me. I’m fine. I’m worried about you,” you replied gesturing for him to get back in bed. He ignored you and sat in the chair in the corner. You got deja vu looking at him as you remembered all of the nights you’d woken up to find him sitting in that chair after nightmares no doubt woke him up. They were getting worse though, not better, and you were worried.

“You were right to break up with me. I’m dangerous to be around,” he muttered mostly to himself, head in his hands, but you heard him. You frowned and wracked your brain trying to figure out what he was even talking about.

“Don’t say that. That’s not true, you’re not dangerous,” you replied sharply and at that he dropped his hands and met your eyes with a wry smile. Self loathing was evident in his eyes and you knew it was going to be a battle to coax him back to bed.

“Isn’t it?” he asked with the same humorless smile. “So you didn’t think I was dangerous when I swept half the stuff off my kitchen counter? You broke up with me…” he trailed off with a knowing eyebrow and as understanding dawned on your face you mentally face palmed.

“That was a long time ago, Nick. And I didn’t know you very well. I know you very well now and I’m telling you that you are not dangerous. I love you. I married you. I wouldn’t have married you if I was afraid of you,” you reminded him, gesturing to emphasize your point. He looked like you didn’t believe you and shifted in the chair and got to his feet.

“I’m going to sleep on the couch,” he said in lieu of continuing the conversation. It was clear that he’d made up his mind and nothing you said was going to change it. You threw back the covers and shot to your feet to stop him.

“No. Don’t you dare shut me out. If you sleep on that couch I’m sleeping on it with you,” you warned and he turned in the doorway to give you an incredulous look.

“Okay. Then I’ll leave,” he tried and you just narrowed your arms.

“I’ll follow you,” you told him and he threw his hands up in the air in exasperation.

“I don’t understand why you won’t – – it’s not safe, (y/n). It’s not. Who knows what will set off another nightmare. What if you don’t wake up immediately?” he shot at you, drawing his hands to his hips.

“I’m not sure what part of ‘in sickness or health’ you didn’t quite get, but I’m not – -” you started before he cut in.

“Jesus! What don’t you get! You don’t have to prove anything to me!” you interjected in a loud voice and you flinched, but refused to take a step back. “Are you waiting for me to actually hit you? Or choke you like that guy on Grey’s Anatomy?! It doesn’t matter that I wasn’t awake or didn’t mean to. In the morning you’ll have bruises and they’ll be my fault. Mine! How will you explain a black eye? ‘Oh, my husband accidentally hit me in his sleep’? That’s worse than saying you ran into a door!” Nick was fully upset now, voice raised and hands flailing. You tried to interject, to refute his words or add an addendum, but there was no time to speak.

“Nick, you–” you started as you reached for him, but he slipped your grip and went on.

“Don’t you get that I’m scared! And not just of the nightmares that may or may not come when I go to sleep at night. I’m scared of hurting you! Do you know what that would do to me?! To wake up and see that I’ve given you a black eye or that there’s a ring of my fingers inked around your throat. It would kill me. I would never forgive myself. Then to see the look in your eyes–loving understanding, soft. God! I don’t – – please, (y/n). We can talk more in the morning, but please I can’t sleep in that bed tonight. I can’t,” he half pleaded, chest heaving and a distraught look on his face. You closed your eyes briefly and took in a deep breath.

“Okay. Okay. We’ll talk more in the morning. What about the air mattress? So you’re still in here with me,” you suggested and his body sagged as he nodded his agreement. You gave a single nod in response and headed to the linen closet to grab sheets for it as he pulled it from the bedroom closet.

After the air mattress was set up and made with sheets you both lay back down. You paused for a long moment before sighing softly and turning to click the light back off. Nick shifted on the air mattress and the noise brought a small smile to your face before you sobered up. It was almost worse to have him so close and know that no matter what he wasn’t going to get back in the bed with you tonight. You rolled right to the edge of your bed and dropped an arm over the edge, tentatively reaching out towards him. Nick sighed and for a moment you thought he’d refuse you, but he eventually reached up to tangle your fingers with his. You leaned over to bring his hand up to your mouth and give it a kiss, once, twice and a third time before shifting to lay on your back once more.

“I love you,” you said softly and Nick made a noise in the back of his throat before replying.

“Love you, too. Always.”
