I’m so sorry this is bad baby 😭
@giraffe-puppy“Avery Rosalyn Stone!” Peter shouted through the townhouse. Peter just caught her sneaking into her bedroom window using the tree that was right outside her room.
“Hey, dad! I was just… I wanted to watch the stars from my roof!” The teenager tried to lie. Peter shook his head and ran his hand through his hair.
“If you’re going to lie, your friends shouldn’t park at the house next to ours. I watched you walk out of the car, Avery… plus, you reek of alcohol and… did you smoke some pot?!” Peter asked. The girl shrugged and fell back into her bed.
“I didn’t do anything, dad.”
“Bullshit! You’re not going to sit here and lie to me! You’re fifteen, Avery! Were your friends drinking?” The teenager rolled her eyes as she pulled her phone out of her pocket and began to text.
“It’s not like they had a lot to drink.”
“Excuse me? You got into a vehicle with people that are all intoxicated? Do you know what could have happened, Avery? You should have died in a car accident, all of you could have been arrested for underaged drinking! You know how much shit I can get for my daughter underage drinking?” Peter said as Avery glanced at him quickly.
“Your cop friends can just wipe it from my record, dad. I heard Sonny did it for Mia.” Peter talked over to his daughter’s bed and yanked the phone from her hands.
“You’re grounded, Avery. Three months, even more. Ben will take you to school everyday and put you up. I’m putting bars on window so I know you’re not leaving in the middle of the night. You’re in so much trouble, I hope you know that.” Peter said as he gathered up the rest of the electronics in Avery’s room, even coming back to disconnect her TV to take it into his room. The girl frowned as the door closed behind him for the last time that night and Avery was left with nothing but her homework.
