So, can we talk more about the lockdown? Does Sonnys old lady and reader A start to form a friendship? What was the cause? Thanks!

cause was answered here

the two ladies are friends by now. not close friends, or anything, but sonny’s old lady kind of takes nick’s old lady under her wing from time to time. 🙂

Your eyes were somewhere up by your hairline by the time she got finished telling you about how she got her scar. Even though she was nonchalant about it you had a feeling it wasn’t such a casual thing at the time. No wonder Sonny was looking for ways to go legit and almost always had someone with her. It wouldn’t take a genius to see how she was his whole world and you were surprised that he’d only recently proposed. You thought the two of them were married all along and she just didn’t wear a bring because of work. She had one on now, though, something big and shiny with intricate metal work.

“No wonder Nick was so insistent I carry a gun,” you mumble half to yourself as you drain your iced tea. She lifted an eyebrow and gave you an impressed look.

“You know how to shoot it, babe?” she asked and now it was your time to seem nonchalant. You flicked some hair over your shoulder and smirked a little.

“I can do more than shoot it,” you promised and she nodded and a smile broke out over her face.

“Really?” She asked and this time when someone offered you food you accepted with a smile.

“Hell yeah. Growing up here? My dad taught me when I was a teenager. I’m a great shot. Have guns of my own, but Nick wanted me to carry something with—”

“No serial numbers,” she finished and you nodded. “You’ve got some secrets up your sleeve, half pint. I like that about you. It’s smart, to not wear everything on your sleeve. Let people make wrong assumptions and think you’re harmless,” she suggested and you smirked again and took a look around the room.

“I’ve never been harmless,” you confided and she laughed. “Just because I’m still learning about the hierarchy and rules and all doesn’t mean I’m half as dumb or soft as people think,” you added and she gave you a knowing look.

“Don’t I know it. I’ve been raised MC and some guys still treat me like I’m an idiot. More power to ‘em. Gets me hot to see Sonny put people in their place,” she said with a smirk of her own as she fingered her ring. The two of you sobered for a moment, remembering why you were here to begin with.

“They’ll be okay,” you said with confidence that you didn’t really feel, remembering her words from earlier. She gave you a faint smile and nodded as food was set before the two of you. Picking up her refilled glass she offered it to you in a toast. You clinked your glass against hers and took a sip, making a note to have them add alcohol to it for the next round.

“I’ll drink to that.”
